BIO: Juan Santamaria’s major experience includes work in commercial estimating and construction management projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, vendors, local officials and clients all while maintaining costs. He is results-oriented and hands-on in construction and a development professional with more than 25 years of expertise in all facets of the industry. More so, he is experienced in contract negotiations, project estimating, document preparation, building codes, regulations, material purchasing, and site management.

Key Responsibilities: A construction estimator draws up, estimates, and determines the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. Juan creates a list with all the needed materials and prepares an estimated amount necessary to complete the client’s project.
