Experience Matters

After 22-years as a successful Div 7 & 8 Specialty Trade Contractor as well as unofficially acting as a General Contractor through its history, we are excited to officially enter the General Contracting space as iugis Construction Corporation. We will bring the same commitments to value, quality and safety that we are known for as a Divisions 7 and 8 Specialty Contractor.

As a separate entity, iugis has assembled a senior management group who’s experience crosses the spectrum of construction markets. In combination with the experience of our sister companies, iugis invested in high performing people to deliver on our mission. We will Build Brilliantly for owners, developers, operators, dwellers, any stakeholder who values our pursuit to provide building solutions.

Where We Came From

With a diversely talented team amassing over 150 years of experience, we have long been the leader in the envelope trades (curtain wall, metal panels, and roofing), but wanted to elevate the industry with the cutting edge operational skills we developed managing specialty trade contracts as well as projects as a General Contractor.

Where We Are Now

As a GC, iugis wants to team with owners, architects, engineers, consultants and any other stakeholders to ensure we deliver the project with a high level of transparency. iugis’ commitment to teamwork will enable us to meet or exceed project expectations. The evolution into general contracting is a natural expansion of the discipline, lean execution and respect for the critical path to cover the entirety of commercial and industrial building projects. We curated a stable of the most successful and seasoned construction experts in our area and branded our dedicated GC team as iugis Construction Corporation.
