Our Team

Hanna is a Project Engineer with previous experience working as a Construction Project Administrator in the healthcare field. She’s knowledgeable in programs such as Microsoft Office, Procore, Trade Tapp, and Oracle Textura. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Howard University, College of Engineering. Hanna Scotland has more than five years of commercial construction experience. Her current role is to assist the Project Manager with updating project tasks in software systems, processing requests for information, submittals, maintaining internal and external reports as necessary. Previously, Hanna worked at Hoar Construction for two years as a Project Administrator, where she developed a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of contract documents including subcontracts, plans and specifications for the assigned projects. She is also passionate in developing industry relationships is to expand her professional network and help generate future sales opportunities for iugis Construction Corp.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  As a Project Engineer, Hanna supports the day-to-day projects, including but not limited to, responses to pay requests, change orders, RFI’s, submittals, contracts, purchase orders, and closeouts. The Project Engineer will assist the Project Managers who are responsible for managing the design build construction process from inception to completion. The Project Engineer will also assist as needed the design and estimating team.
